Each black extra-large insulated delivery bag measures 23 W x 14 D x 15 H inches externally and has a listed capacity of 79 L. The bags have a nonwoven exterior, insulating foam layer, aluminum-foil lining, dual zipper, handles and wraparound reinforcing webbing, and fold for storage. This option has no hard bottom. For a change-of-mind exchange, the item must be new, unused and undamaged, with its supplied accessories complete. These conditions do not limit applicable rights for damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or materially misdescribed goods.
Returns are by mail. A free prepaid return label is included in your package. Contact us first for the instructions and correct return address, or if the label is missing or unusable. We pay eligible return postage and charge no restocking fee. Approved return refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receipt and inspection; bank posting may take longer.
